After the top event in fashion (the Paris Couture Week), here comes one of the most snubbed ones: the formerly called Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim, which changed the name into Miami Swim Week after the loss of its biggest sponsor.
However, some interesting collections have been shown (Acacia and Tori Praver were my absolute favourites!) and, despite the abondonment of such a big sponsor, many established brands like Mara Hoffman or Mikoh, didn't leave the Swim Week. Furthermore, new brands joined the event, like Maxim Magazine, which showed its first ever swimwear collection.
