BETTAKNIT & LADYLIKE : Two reasons to love knitting10:02 AM
If your first answer to winter cold days is a crop top, please leave this post and the universe as well.
Fluffy and warm, it suits every item of clothing. You can wear wool every time you want, whatever style you love (elegant or grunge. I'm a grunge-girl).
So I have asked myself "How can I provide this year gifts without being forced to go out in the cold among people?".
Amazon? Simple yeah, but not original.
Amazon?
On October 25th I took part in my first knitting workshop to make a wool cap. To be honest, I was expecting to trap myself with the yarns, but with Laura's help I made a beautiful wool cap with a gigantic pompom, so here below you can have a look at the "before & after" pictures.
Your "wool-mate" could be anyone, no discrimination of age, sex or nationality: wool connects everyone! From the granny who wants to go back to knit to gift her grandchildren something unique, or the niece (which happens to be me) who wants to make her own sweaters, to the dad who wants to make a cute little neck warmer for his newborn daughter.
