This week the 2015 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show finally aired on CBS.

The next day it was finally the day (8th December), and Victoria's Secret organized a viewing party in NYC. Our best dressed of the night was Elsa Hosk in Balmain.

Alessandra Ambrosio celebrated the show from the West Coast (wearing the Fausto Puglisi boots that had already stolen my heart).

But the duties didn't stop here for the beautiful Victoria's Secret models. Some of them flew to St. Bart's and instagrammed many photos with the hashtag #somethingbigiscoming16.
We don't want to dash anyone's dreams, but they aren't filming anything too naughty, despite the ambiguous hashtag...
They are actually filming another Victoria's Secret Swim Special and we really hope that it will be more entertaining than the past year's! Here's Josephine Skriver, Romee Strijd and Taylor Hill.

L’abbandono dell’olandese Doutzen Kroes, dell’americana Lindsey Ellingson e della top model, anche lei americana, Karlie Kloss, ha lasciato a Victoria’s Secret l’onere di trovare tre degne sostituite, capaci di sopportare il peso di ali così importanti.
Una sfida non indifferente.

E qui sollevo la prima critica, perché con questa mossa il titolo di "angelo" perde inevitabilmente privilegio ed esclusività .

Dopo il Fashion Show in lingerie che ci ha aiutato a salutare il 2014 in dolcezza, ecco spuntare la notizia di un nuovo show…in costume da bagno!
Il primo Victoria's Secret Swim Special della storia è stato registrato sulle spiagge di Porto Rico, con la partecipazione dei Maroon 5 e Juanes come ospiti musicali.

Non so voi, ma dopo pandori farciti di panettone, panettoni farciti di pandoro trovarmi il reminder della "prova costume " a gennaio mi fa lo stesso effetto di una puntata di American Horror Story.

celebre brand americano ha permesso a questo blog di farsi conoscere a molte
persone che diversamente non si sarebbero avvicinate all'ennesimo blog di moda,
perciò colgo l’occasione per dirlo: Grazie guardoni cari lettori!
Ma torniamo a VS.
Lo show 2014 pare porterà con sé molte novità : si parte
dalla location, non più gli States ma l’Europa, più precisamente a Londra. It’s
#BritishInvasion, baby!

La seconda news riguarda un oggetto che nonostante tutti i
fronzoli, parla sempre alle donne…ma contratta di più con i portafogli dei loro
uomini: il Fantasy Bra.
Sono anni ormai che VS investe denaro nella realizzazione di
un oggetto di estrema bellezza e inutilità : un reggiseno gioiello posato su una
base in tessuto oppure direttamente modellato sulle forme di una delle fortunate
modelle testimonial del brand.
Indossare il Fantasy Bra è un onore nonché un occasione di
grande pubblicità sia per il brand che per la modella chiamata ad indossarlo: Tayra
Banks, Heidi Klum, Gisele Bundchen, Adriana Lima, Miranda Kerr e Candice
Swanepoel sono solo alcune delle top model che hanno avuto l’onore di “vestire”
lingerie gioiello.
Alle soglie dello show 2014 i pronostici avevano dato per
assodato che la prossima fortunata avrebbe avuto il volto di Behati Prisoloo, Lily Aldrige oppure la neo mamma Doutzen Kroes...
